Return Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If your order has been canceled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns (Applicable Situations)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when received. The product must also be in its original packaging. We require a purchase invoice or receipt for returns. Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.
Customers will bear the highest shipping cost (including return shipping). Consumer returns are not charged.

Refund Policy (Applicable Situations)

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the condition of the received item. We will also inform you whether the return is approved or rejected. If the return is approved, we will process the refund and automatically return the funds to your credit card or original payment method within the specified days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven't received a refund, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed. Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to be issued.
